The Symphony of Winds and Percussion’s “Visions” concert on April 19th.

Last week, NJCU’s Symphony of Winds and Percussion had an incredible show titled “Visions” as part of the Spring 2022 Concert Series.

Led by their director, Patrick J. Burns, pieces from various composers including James Reese Europe and Clifton Williams were performed that night at the Margaret Williams Theatre. The music was very uplifting.

An original piece composed by Burns, “Prelude and Toccata,” was also a part of the concert that evening.

The entire Symphony is made up of extremely gifted NJCU students who provided the audience with a phenomenal performance showcasing all of their talent and hard work. It was such a pleasure to be able to see them in concert once again.

If you missed this event, they will be performing again at the West New York Middle School on Tuesday, May 3rd at 7:30 pm. Admission is free.
