The wait is over and Doctor Strange 2 is finally out! The movie is a mix of superhero, action, science fiction, and horror.

Marvel movies don’t typically fall into the horror category, but this movie is certainly unlike the others for that reason. With many jump scares and witchcraft, this movie stands out for how creepy it is.

Multiverse of Madness shows different sides of Doctor Stephen Strange that we’ve never seen before in the MCU. If you’re an early Marvel fan like me, then you’ll certainly enjoy all of the throwbacks and references that were in the movie.

The movie has beautiful CGI in almost every scene and has amazing camera angles. This movie also has such amazing camera shots and storytelling with many already saying that it’s the best movie of the year.

Before Watching The Movie

My biggest tip before you watch Doctor Strange 2 is to watch the show WandaVision on Disney+ first. The character Wanda plays a HUGE role in the movie and a lot of it revolves around the plot of her show.

Wanda has developed a lot between movies and the only way to truly understand her actions is to watch the show. With that said, you won’t be completely lost if you watch Doctor Strange before WandaVision. The movie does explain the basic plot of the show so you can still enjoy the movie.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is very well put together and is clear to understand. The movie is a perfect blend of weird and spooky and I recommend watching it, even if it is your first Marvel movie.
