Sabrina Carpenter serves “Fruitcake” for the Holidays

Mariah Carey may have defrosted, but Sabrina Carpenter knows how to serve up the holiday spirit! Released on November 17, 2023, the 15-minute extended play features the song “A Nonsense Christmas”, a holiday rendition of Carpenter’s hit “Nonsense” and a cover of the Bing Crosby holiday classic, “White Christmas”. That is not all Carpenter is serving up, because, alongside those two popular songs, the tracklist also features the songs “buy me presents,” “santa doesn’t know you like i do,” “cindy lou who?,” and “is it new years yet?” respectively.

The “Fruitcake” EP is part of the many slews of projects Carpenter has released within the recent year. After an eventful year defined by the release of her highly anticipated fifth studio album, “Emails I Can’t Send,” the 23-year-old singer/songwriter has decided to flex her vocal chops and display her versatility yet again in her newly released EP titled “Fruitcake” after following this project with the release of the music video for her song “Feather” that came out on Halloween. This Holiday EP is packed with catchy holiday tunes that are guaranteed to get anybody in a groove and into the holiday spirit.
