Kappa Pi - Eta Rho Chapter: Art Exhibition.

The Eta Rho Chapter of the Kappa Pi Honor Fraternity at New Jersey City University is

comprised of undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni. The Kappa Pi exhibition

will be showcasing the works of current undergraduate students of the Art Department.

The Opening reception will be held March 16 at 4 p.m. in the Visual Arts Gallery. The

exhibition will be available until March 27th

The Kappa Pi Art Honor Fraternity is hosted by 200 schools nation-wide. Notable

members of Kappa Pi have included John Singer Sargent, Frank Lloyd Wright, Grant Wood,

Norman Rockwell, and, more recently, Al Hirschfeld and Faith Ringgold.

Established in Kentucky in 1911, the Kappa Pi Art Honor Fraternity has dedicated itself

to promote artistic excellence at the collegiate level and beyond by maintaining high academic

achievement, promote a standard of service by encouraging participation in charitable activities,

provide students with the opportunity to build leadership skills and network with other successful

students while encouraging community action and personal growth.
