NJCU Softball challenged Albertus Magnus College twice on March 29.

In game 1, the Gothic Knights earned zero runs (R), four hits (H), and two errors (E) in total. Gianna Benacquista earned two hits (H) while Hannah Gavin and Dulce Almonte earned one hit (H). Pitcher Christina Mezey received six strikeouts (SO), three walks (BB), and six groundouts (GO). The Gothic Knights lost the game 0-2.

In game 2, the Gothic Knights earned four runs, six hits, and two errors. Pitcher Christina Mezey received seven walks (BB) two strikeouts (SO), and two earned runs (ER). In the fourth, the Gothic Knights picked up three runs. Juliana Squeo doubled which permitted Dayanara Flores to score, Melissa Mendoza doubled to center field and Squeo scored, and Kayla Clarke hit on a dropped fly ball which allowed for Mendoza. In the bottom of the sixth, Mendoza grounded which allowed for Flores steal third and score on a throw. The Gothic Knights lost the game 4-5.
